COMPOSITION:
Each tablet contains:
Sodium Metamizole (Analgin) BP 500 mg

INDICATIONS:
In case of gastric colic, urinary system and gastro-intestinal colic, it is also used in spastic conditions of Female genital system.

DESCRIPTION :
Maxibral is a composition of Sodium Metamizole (Analgin), Pitofenone hydrochloride and Fenpiverinium bromide. ANALGIN (Sodium Metamizole) has analgesic and antipyretic actions. The spasmolytic action is re-enforced by a papaverine analogue, Pitofenone Hydrochloride, and due to component with parasympatholytic action, Fenpiverinium Bromide.

CONTRA- INDICATIONS :
Maxibral should not be administrated to patients with a known history of sensitivity to Pyrazolone derivatives and other components of product. It is also contra-indicated in patients suffering from tachycardia, narrow-angle glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy with a tendency to urine retention, obstruction of the gastro-intestinal tract and megacolon.

PRECAUTIONS :
it should be used with caution in patients with a history of other hypersensitivity reactions and Bronchial Asthma. During pregnancy, lactation, in infants, small children and in elderly patients, Maxibral Tablets must be used under medical supervision.

SIDE EFFECTS :
Skin and mucosa of the eyes, nose, throat allergic reactions, agranulocytosis may occur occasionally. Side effects should disappear normally after discontinuing the product. If persists consult the physician.

DOSAGE :
The ordinary doses are given 2-3 times a day. Adults and children above 15 years: 1-2 tablets. Children 7-14 years: ½ – 1 tablet or as directed by the Physician.

STORAGE :
Store in cool, dark and dry place.

PRESENTATION :
Maxibral Tablets are available in strip of 10 tablets.
